A raft of geese moving through fog so thick and so warm that the water and the air are the same colour. The birds nearest the camera have detail; the ones behind are silhouettes; the ones behind those are barely suggestions.

That falloff into nothing is the whole picture. Vertical framing stacks the birds into a receding column.
