Terms of service
These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Andre Cruz Photography, a limited liability company based in Colorado, USA. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products
All prints are made to order. Sizes shown are the dimensions of the printed sheet or the framed piece as described on each product page. Colour and tone may vary slightly between screen and print, and slightly between production runs. This is inherent to printing and is not a defect.
Framed pieces use acrylic glazing rather than glass, and arrive ready to hang with hardware included.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you complete checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order placed at an incorrectly listed price.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will be refunded in full.

All photographs on this site are the original work of Andre Cruz and remain his property. They are protected by copyright.
