Made to order
Every print is produced after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting.
- Unframed prints — typically 1–2 business days to produce
- Framed prints — longer, as each frame is cut and assembled for that specific print
Transit time is added on top of production. All orders ship tracked, and you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves the lab.
How your order is packed
Unframed prints ship rolled in a rigid protective tube. Framed pieces ship flat and boxed with corner protection, and use acrylic glazing rather than glass — lighter, shatterproof, and far safer in transit.
Ordering more than one print
Additional unframed prints in the same order ship free. If you are buying a set, order it together rather than separately — three prints cost the same to ship as one. Additional framed pieces carry a reduced shipping cost rather than a full second charge.
Where we ship
Orders are produced and shipped within the United States. If you are outside the US and would like a print, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can reach you and what it would cost.
Delays
Production and carrier estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays and carrier backlogs can add time. If your order is running noticeably late, get in touch and we will chase it.
Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we can reship it, but the reshipping cost will be yours. Contact us immediately if you spot a mistake — if production has not started we can usually correct it.
